Lead PHP Developer

Your Profile
We are looking for a Certified Lead PHP Developer to come on-board and manage the companies development platform. The PHP Developer should have a huge amount of experience developing in PHP and MySQL with excellent communications skills and a Willingness to transfer knowledge and build a team of junior developers grow. In addition to this the ideal PHP Developer should have Affiliate software experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the development of our companies affiliate platform; this role is split between developing code and building/managing a small team of junior developer's.

With a current platform and development processors in place you should understand and progress these processes where applicable.

Taking business requirements then planning, designing and implementing the new
features whilst maintaining existing processors.

Offering technical support to new and existing clients.

Main duties will include:
Working with non-technical staff to develop feature requests
Developing more complex parts of the system
Reporting on progress made
Manage/Develop our internal systems/processors
Work with clients/account managers on any technical related enquires
